Following the original intent of this topic, I maintain that all of the magical doors existing in 2300 were indeed created by Belthsar. Similarly to the Epoch, he must have had items of significance that he didn't want to fall into the wrong hands, so he scattered them throughout the various remaining facilities and sealed them with his doors.
