Gamestop was quick on the deliveries. I got my copy in the mail today, and I have to say that the english voices weren't that bad. I thought Tifa's voice actor was probably the best, and the person who did one of kadaj's subordinates voice wasn't really good, and cloud's took a while to grow on me. All in all, I really like the package and all the bonus stuff with it.

Last Order OVA was a 30 minute anime that was released with the japanese Advent Children. It takes before Final Fantasy 7 and it features Zack and Cloud, and it ends with the scene where Zack is killed.

Wow, I'm kind of surprised to hear it. When looking back at past attempts to make movies from video games, I had a small feeling Advent Children was going to be an inevitable train wreck. Guess not.

Woah, somebody out there actually liked The Spirits Within? I've heard nothing but bitching from almost everywhere else.

I didn't mind Spirits Within, but I didn't think it really should have had the name Final Fantasy attached to it. It had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with Final Fantasy.

As for Advent Children, it was okay, but I only watched it once, and it was years ago. I think FF7 was fine the way it was. It didn't need a movie. I would have liked to see more about Zax, though, either in a movie, added to the original game, or a game of its own. Note: I am aware there is a game about Zax. What sucks about that is I have no PSP, and I'm pretty much broke. Oh well...
