I think there should be multiple events occurring at the same time. Obviously they should go through the Black Omen, but they shouldn't attack Lavos right
away when he comes out. They should co-ordinate an attack where three people are in Epoch and they take care of the Shell and the rest of the party goes in the
shell and starts the fight with the second part. The three flyers would come in near the end of the fight and swing it in favor of the heroes, and a seven team
orgy of pain would ensue with the core.
Do not let your fire go out, spark by irreplaceable spark, in the hopeless swamps of the approximate, the not-quite, the not-yet, the not-at-all. Do not let
the hero in your soul perish, in lonely frustration for the life you deserved, but have never been able to reach. Check your road and the nature of your
battle. The world you desired can be won, it exists, it is real, it is possible, it's yours.
Dark Ages, Via the Black Omen. It's the one that makes the most storyline sense. Further, logically, crashing Epoch into Lavos would most likely be fatal
for the pilot and passengers.
Further, I feel they should go immediately after bringing back Crono. I think the Yakra XIII incident and Frog's meeting with Cyrus' ghost should be
dealt with prior to the rise of the Black Omen, along with any other sidequests that are kept.
That makes no sense though, as the Omen first comes up right after everyone wakes up from the fall of Zeal. They should check it out first...you see the ocean
palace floating and you would think "That ain't right, let's investigate."

Dark Ages via the Black Omen seems right. I pretty much agree with CTCronoBoy in having half the party attack the shell and the rest go inside and take care of
the core. Doesn't make sense to go to the end of Black Omen while they have yet to resurrect Crono, so I wonder how you'll do that.
I think that there is a couple good options. CTCronoBoy has a good idea.
Here is mine: When the Black omen apears it seems the first thing they would want to do is go investigate. So I would have them do that. However I think for
some reason they should be held back from doing it. Not that make it impossible just they get side tracked on their way to investigate it. Then one thing leads
to anther i.e. the other quests like the rainbow shell etc. That is the most strait forward I think.
However, the best way yet the hardest on the writer, because it would suck if the writer did not pull something amazing out, .is that the game has new game
plus for a reason. New game plus is something the story should reflect. I.e. At this junction of the game it goes through all the possible ways of doing things
with out being confusing. i.e. the story is told in a way that visualizes the team doing all these different ways. and then he chooses one of the options as
the main one to write about. This would do well because it will show the different ways being done in parallel worlds. This merges the games new game plus in a
manner that also links cross in the mix.
